The professional staff, reminiscent of the reliable mountain guides I encounter during my U.S. Adventures, provided necessary assistance with a touch of warmth, just like a hot cup of coffee in chilly Auckland. The location's access to various amenities made it a convenient hub, much like a well-equipped ski lodge at my favorite mountain resort.
